I was able to get a output size of 443MB. The Nvenc 7.30 seems alot more efficient then SVT-AV1. I also used 10bit but I think I could get close to the color spectrum I wanted by using 8bit and saving more space with the file size but I decided to use 10Bit first. There where a total amount of frames of 35129 and this took approx 12mins using a 4090 Nvenc 7.30.

I have taken a episode of a 4K SDR video and added HDR and used the AV1 codec to take a existing video that is excellent in picture and made it smaller and adding HDR all while in 4K using a AI floating bitrate and adding BT.2020 at the same time.
